The CGGS Archives were established in 1987 to serve the history and research needs of Canberra's oldest independent school.
The Archives see the assembly and preservation of records relating to the School and its associated bodies. The collection consists of the School’s official records from 1926 onwards, photographs, uniform examples, an assortment of school memorabilia, and nostalgic items donated by past students and staff members.
In 1995, the Archives moved to a purpose-built facility. Enhanced storage capacity was added in 2012, and the historically significant collection continues to grow each year.
Donations of items are always welcome.
