Our uniform – wearing it with pride

Posted 22 May 2020 9:00am

Every child who attends Canberra Girls Grammar School has a specific uniform to wear each day.

The uniform is part of the school experience and culture, and something most students do not think about. The recent, more casual attire that society has enjoyed wearing during Remote Learning or working from home appears to have crept into our return to face-to face learning transition. We need a reset and we all need to work together to get our students back on track where required.

For your assistance, I have asked some students from around the School to be ambassadors of what the proper uniform attire should be. Their photographs represent a visual representation of our uniform. Thank you in advance for your help and please contact your child’s Head of House (in the Senior School) or classroom teacher (in the Junior School) directly if you would like clarification on any aspect of the uniform.
