A friendly reminder from our Admissions Office

We are currently finalising our student enrolments for next year and we are delighted to be welcoming a significant number of new families to our school.

The overwhelming majority of our students will remain at Canberra Girls Grammar School, however we appreciate that circumstances for some families change.

Families are required to give a minimum of one school terms notice for withdrawing from the School, or to change from a boarding to a day place, in order to avoid late notice fees.

Please address your leaving notice to Mrs Anna Owen, Principal and send it through to the Admissions Registrar, Mrs Lisa Parolin, at enrolments@cggs.act.edu.au

In addition to the minimum notice, parents withdrawing their child/ren are asked to provide the Registrar with details of their intended new school to assist us in complying with regulatory transfer requirements. It is also appreciated if parents are able to outline reasons for withdrawal.

All families leaving CGGS have the opportunity to meet with Mrs Anna Owen or Mrs Angela Whitaker to discuss your decision to withdraw your child and provide important feedback to us about your experiences at CGGS.

The Admissions Office would be happy to discuss your situation should you have any questions. Please contact us on 02 6202 6420 or by email: enrolments@cggs.act.edu.au
