The Early Learning Centre offers a Holiday Program for students enrolled in the ELC. The Holiday Program provides children with a safe and nurturing environment, where they can engage in a range of experiences with their peers and supportive educators.
Holiday Program operates from Monday to Friday during school holiday periods, from 8.00am until 6.00pm. The program does not operate on Public Holidays or CGGS Pupil Free days, or for a shutdown period over Christmas and New Year.
Children attending Holiday Program must provide their own food: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
Enrolments for the Holiday Program are accepted on a casual basis only. Holiday Program bookings require one week’s notice to cancel without penalty. Within one week of the booked session, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unattended days will be charged unless a medical certificate is provided within two weeks of the absence.
Fees (current for 2021 school year)
All bookings are made online via the ‘Casual Booking Calendar’, through the My Family Lounge portal or My Family Lounge app.

Absences must be advised in advance to ensure student accountability and safety. Parents can advise that their child will be absent using the My Family Lounge App (preferred) or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is expected that all children are collected promptly by 6.00pm.
If a child is picked up from 6.01pm, a late collection fee of $50 per child will apply.
