I want to thank parents for their continued support this term as we navigated the safe return to full-time campus attendance for students. Your emails and kind messages were much appreciated, as was your flexibility.
The teachers are currently busy writing reports and I hope you enjoy reading them in the upcoming holidays. The reports reflect the learning that has taken place this semester and the great agility and resilience our students have demonstrated. You can see some examples and images of student learning here (link to her full letter in Agora). They highlight the breadth of our programs and the joy and wonder that continues to be a part of each and every day in the Junior School and ELC.

Term 3 will see more of our usual offerings in the form of co-curricular clubs and music return, and some sports skills development will be available. For Term 3, a winter term, we will continue to hold whole school assemblies and chapel services online and to keep our Junior School campus closed to visitors, unless by appointment. Please find more about Term 3 Music Academy opportunities here.
If your child is unwell
Term 3 is a winter term and spans cold and flu season. Please keep your child at home if he or she is unwell. If your child becomes unwell during the school day, you will be contacted to collect them. A prompt response to a request to pick up your child will be appreciated. Robust health and hygiene procedures will continue to be implemented at school. Please assist us by reminding your child to wash their hands thoroughly and regularly, use hand sanitizer and to cough into their elbow or cough or sneeze into a tissue and to place the tissue in the bin.
I hope you are able to spend time as a family and enjoy a restorative break in the mid-year school holidays. We look forward to finishing Term 2 strongly and then welcoming the children back to school in Term 3, refreshed and ready to engage in the exciting learning experiences planned.
