Training is conducted twice a week for junior years and three times a week for Years 11 and 12. The School competes in local, interstate and national regattas with generally a minimum of three trips to Sydney each season.

Our major regatta is the NSW Schoolgirls Head of the River, held in March each year.

The Rowing Shed is located at The Elizabeth McKay Aquatic Centre, Alexandrina Drive, Yarralumla Bay.

There is an active parent support group which supports the Rowing Crews in many different ways and welcomes all parents of students who are interested in rowing.
