STUDENT REPRESENTATIVE COUNCIL (SRC)
The SRC is the voice of the students in the Junior School.
The SRC meets weekly to raise issues and concerns that have previously been raised and identified as concerns in Class Meetings. The SRC is chaired by the Head Girl and the two Deputy Head Girls. There is one Year group representative from each Primary year. Each class is represented by the Class Captain and Deputy Class Captain. The SRC has a committee structure with different students having responsibility for different committees. The Fundraising Committee runs a non-uniform day each term with money raised being distributed to charities nominated by the students. The Environment Committee is working towards a ‘No Waste In Schools’ programme. The Communication Committee makes weekly announcements at Assembly informing all students and staff of the work of the SRC.
