Junior School families rise early to welcome 2018

Starting each school year on a positive note is so very important, and like all good friendships, catching up over great coffee, enjoying fresh food and chatting on a warm summer's morning is one way we come together to further strengthen our vibrant Junior School community.

Each of our 2018 Welcome Breakfasts, held over four gloriously sunny mornings in the Junior School garden, were incredibly well attended by families and staff. The breakfasts, complete with fresh coffee from local barista My Sweet Alice, were much more than a simple and quick gathering. Instead they were yet another opportunity to foster positive relationships throughout the families of the Junior School. The successful gatherings are yet another living example of our well-founded belief that children flourish when they enjoy a personalised and community focused approach to education.

We look forward to hosting many more improved Junior School events throughout this year and warmly welcome all members of the community to join us and to experience our special part of Canberra Girls Grammar.
