Jeans for Genes Day

Posted 10 August 2017 5:22pm

On Friday, 4 August, Burgmann House hosted Jeans for Genes Day – where students were encouraged to wear jeans with their uniform to support Children’s Medical Research (staff got in on the action with their favourite jeans as well).

There was a BBQ, numerous bake stalls, pizza, pasta, nachos, lots of candy and a very popular coin toss.

We are thrilled to have raised approximately $2,684 for this very worthy cause.

Thank you to everyone for their support for this worthy cause and for the Burgmann community for the hard work to host the day.
