Friends of Music ‘refresh’ 250 voices and a full house audience

Posted 7 September 2018 10:25am

The afternoon of Sunday, 26 August saw wonderful music making, with the voices of all the CGGS Choirs led by the incredibly talented Greta Claringbould (Head of Choirs) and aided by our wonderful Music Faculty staff.

Friends of Music enlisted its team of very capable bakers, who cooked up some amazing goodies, whilst those volunteers who are ‘challenged’ in the kitchen either sizzled sausages or served in the canteen.

It was a lovely, sunny afternoon and the large following of delighted family and friends was a testament to the singers’ talents - CGGS community support was out in force!

Funds raised on the day have been put towards two new sets of hand chimes, one each for the Junior and Senior School
