My Family Lounge Access
Parents/guardians must register and create a My Family Lounge account in order to access the following services:
- Early Learning Centre – Before School Care (ELC students only)
- Early Learning Centre – After School Care (ELC students only)
- Early Learning Centre – Holiday Program (ELC students only)
- Junior School – After School Care (CGGS JS students only)
- Junior School – Holiday Program (open to external students)

For families who have an existing My Family Lounge account, either with CGGS or another service, please skip the registration process and log into your My Family Lounge account to update your bookings and details.
New user registration steps:
If you are new to our service and don’t have a My Family Lounge account, you will need to register.
After registering you will receive a ‘Complete Registration’ email. To complete the registration process, create and confirm a password, accept the Terms and Conditions when ready, then press ‘Complete Registration’.
Once you’ve registered, sign in and enter details for all mandatory fields including your name, relationship to the child and at least one phone number and address details.
Add your child’s details and choose one of the available options.
For permanent bookings (not available for Holiday Programs):
Choose the Service Type required, Service Name (Early Learning Centre or School Aged Care), days and preferred start date. An email is automatically sent to us to inform that you have submitted a booking request. You will be able to see the status of your request on your MFL portal.
If we have availability, we will contact you with an offer (by email) and ask for you to accept this. The offer will only be held for you for a short time. To accept the offer, log in to MFL and accept - you will then complete the Enrolment Form, noting that fields marked red * are mandatory.
Medical action plans, relevant diagnoses, court orders and immunisation records must be uploaded. Once all questions and information required is completed, select the ‘Submit” button. Your child is now enrolled and their permanent place secured in After School Care.
If you need to update contacts, family or other details, including requests for additional days or changes to days, please log back into My Family Lounge. All information entered by you into your My Family Lounge account flows through to the After School Care administration team as will be actioned promptly.
For a casual booking:
Go through the MFL process to complete the enrolment form for your child. Once your child is enrolled at our service, you can book in casual days via the ‘Casual Booking Calendar’ within the My Family Lounge app.
