Board Committees

The Board has four advisory committees:

• The Executive Committee, chaired by Sue Hart;
• The Finance and Audit Committee, chaired by Cath Ingram;
• The Development, Master Plan and Building, chaired by Jure Domazet; and
• The Risk Management Committee, chaired by Sachi Wimmer (independent appointment).
